Is the Free plan really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Free plan costs nothing, needs no card and doesn't expire. It covers up to 3 active invoices, 5 AI invoice captures and 15 AI-written reminders a month, with friendly, check-in and firm reminders that wait for your approval. Upgrade to a paid plan when you need more.

What happens when I hit the Free limits?

Nothing breaks. You can still log in, see all your data and mark invoices paid. New invoices and AI drafts wait until your monthly allowance resets, or you can upgrade from Settings → Billing to continue right away.

Question 3

What happens if I cancel a paid plan?

Accepted Answer

Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your workspace moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: invoices, clients and drafts stay in your account, and reminders keep running within the Free limits.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Paid plans are billed monthly. Cancel from Settings → Billing and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your workspace moves to the Free plan. There are no cancellation fees.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions are monthly and we don't pro-rate partial months, except where the law requires it. Refunds are handled by Polar, our payment provider, under our Refunds & Cancellation policy. If something went wrong, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Question 6

Who handles payments, taxes and VAT?

Accepted Answer

Payments are processed by Polar.sh, our Merchant of Record. Polar calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are, and sends you a receipt for every payment. Prices on this page exclude those taxes.

Question 7

Which currency am I billed in?

Accepted Answer

Paid plans are priced in US dollars. Your bank may convert the amount to your local currency. The invoices you chase with PayNudge can be in any currency.

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing. Downgrading never deletes data: invoices over your new limit stay readable, auto-send turns off, and extra team members or brands are suspended until you upgrade again.

What happens to my data if I leave?

Accepted Answer

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account (Pro and Studio can export invoices as CSV first). Deletion removes your workspace, invoices, files and drafts from our live systems immediately. Copies in our rolling backups expire within 14 days.
