Subprocessors
Last updated
To run PayNudge we rely on a short list of trusted providers. This page lists every third party that may process personal data you store in PayNudge.
1. Current subprocessors
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data processed | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Anthropic, PBC | AI processing: reading invoices and contracts, drafting reminder emails | Uploaded invoices and contracts, client and contact names, invoice details, writing samples | United States |
| Microsoft Corporation (Exchange Online / Microsoft 365) | Delivery of reminder emails and account emails | Recipient email addresses and names, email content and attachments, sender name and reply-to address | Region of our Microsoft 365 tenant |
| Polar Software Inc. | Payments, subscriptions and tax as Merchant of Record | Account holder name and email, billing address and country, payment details (held by Polar and its processors) | United States |
| [Your VPS provider] | Hosting of the application, database, file storage and backups | All data stored in the Service | [Data centre region] |
2. Safeguards
Each subprocessor is bound by a written agreement with data protection obligations at least as protective as our Data Processing Addendum. Transfers outside the UK and EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum, or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
3. Changes and notifications
We will update this page at least 30 days before a new subprocessor starts processing customer personal data, and notify workspace owners by email. If you object on reasonable data protection grounds, tell us at support@paynudge.site within that period and we will work with you on a solution; if none is possible, you may cancel your subscription.
